LA DECOM. Like Burning Man, this local event takes place along the underside of a bridge in the midst of the downtown area. All walks of life seem to know about this local event, as you see hundreds (maybe thousands) strolling along the street with ease. Music, fire, hoop dancing, wild outfits, this was definitely not your usual crowd. The strange and eclectic roam here. If you weren't a tad bit eccentric, you had no business with these expressive groups.
Umbrella Man. He came out of nowhere, but I just knew I had to follow him. Chasing him down, with my little Leica C-Lux I managed to capture him twice. Once with my abomidable flash and by choice - no flash. Here is my favorite shot for last week.
