I have been bad about not posting. It's not like I have a good excuse for it either, but it's late and I am hungry. As I decided to stuff zucchini flowers with goat cheese and fry them (butter is tastier I think), I am reminded of the wonderful food I had the opportunity to try in Vietnam. But yet instead of displaying all the yummy dishes I consume there, I am showing pictures of the outdoor markets where food could be bought. The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located next to one of the larger outdoor food markets/vendors in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City.
