Going to Grandma's was much more interesting this time around. Instead of the usual four hour or something drive on bumpy dirt roads, we hopped on a ferry that crossed the Mekong River allowing us to get to Grandma's in only a couple of hours. Many boats passed us along the way. Some were much more modern while others still had the long ago effect. I opted to not show you a boat picture that I am particularly fond of for another occasion when the mood is more appropriate.
